TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The event on December 28 will run from 10 AM to midnight.
• The cost for this package is ₹7200.
• It will include lunch, dinner, a DJ session, and a T-shirt for each participant.
• The cost estimate is based on 120 guests attending.

One night Package - INR 9700 nett

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1-night stay package: Includes everything mentioned above, plus a night stay on December 28th.
• The cost for this package is ₹9700.
• Breakfast on December 29th is included.
• Transportation from the hotel to the college on December 28th is also included.

Two night Package - INR 11700 nett

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 2-night stay package: Attend the pre-event on December 27th, plus everything mentioned above.
• The cost for this package is ₹11,700.
• Breakfast on December 28th and 29th is included.
• Dinner on the pre-event day (December 27th) is not included in the cost.

Important Notes:

• The cost estimate is based on 120 guests attending.
• Despite this, there is a budget shortfall of ₹2 lakhs.
• The cost of alcoholic beverages is not included in the budget.
• We are seeking voluntary contributions to cover the budget deficit.
